SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders within mainland UK.  Most orders are dispatched the same day as long as orders are received before 2:00pm Monday - Friday.  Any orders received thereafter and on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Your order will be shipped using a standard service - Royal Mail 48, unless an alternative option is selected at checkout. We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost to those that require their orders quicker then the standard 2-3 days. Additional shipping charges will apply to all international orders too. 


Once shipped, orders are generally be delivered within 2-3 working days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Habituel cannot be held responsible for delays, and any or all conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs, and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc. Please be aware that customs duties may also apply and will be charged to you by your national tax authorities when the products arrive.

Please bear in mind that we do not cover any additional charges that you may incur such as customs duties and taxes in your country, as we have no control over them.

 

Note: orders to the US under $800 do not currently incur customs duties.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Non Faulty Products: 

At The Habituel, we take our customer satisfaction very seriously and want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us.


If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied or you change your mind, you may return any product for a full refund or replacement (as appropriate) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We recommend that you return products via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. The Habituel will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. A refund or replacement can only be issued once goods are physically received at The Habituel HQ.


Faulty Products:

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please inform us straightaway - info@thehabituel.com


If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at info@thehabituel.com with 48 hours of receiving your order.


Please note that we may require images of any damages for our records.
